Select "Cancel" to try and remove those. But it sounds like Rithmic is probably not responding properly and therefore the orders are not being removed as there has not been a confirmation of their removal from Rithmic. Check to be certain that these order do not exist with Rithmic, and if they are not there, then you may have to wait for Rithmic to properly respond before they will go away.
