We are not seeing any issue with the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" information being written when using the "Write Bar and Study Data To File". We are getting the "Color Bar" and "Extension Lines" subgraphs showing in the file, where the "Color Bar" value is 1 when the condition is true and 0 when it is false. Make sure the Subgraph is not hidden. Also check the setting for "Include in Spreadsheet" - we are not sure if this would affect the "Write Bar and Study Data to File", but it might.
