I have an trading account with AMP - (personal and small account) I am currently set up with CQG and use it for my futures trading on Sierra Charts - I also pay for the Denali data (you can check for yourself to have that confirmed). AMP has me set up for Clearing only and set up for option trading. I have posted before that when I have tried to set up the options chain from CQG onto SC I have gotten nothing but errors. I emailed AMP yesterday and this is the response they gave me: Hello xxxxxx, Unfortunately, we do not provide technical support for Sierra Charts; you will need to contact them to verify this particular question you have about their software. However, we have confirmed your CQG connection is active and also enabled for options trading, so everything is set up properly on our end; you just have to verify with Sierra Charts how to access the proper symbols on their software. I do not know why I am running into so many issues on this, I have been doing this for decades and for some reason trying to get these options to work been a nightmare. I know that SC has tenton, is that a route I should take? does Tenton allow options though? And if so what do I need to do? Please advise. |
