3977.9 is NOT a valid price for 1OZ. That symbol has a Tick Size of 0.25, therefore the price would need to be either 3977.75 or 3978.00. If you are using a Gold (GC) chart and using 1OZ as the Trade and Current Quote Symbol, then you would need to change the Tick Size for that chart to be 0.25.
