When you save the Chartbook, the Trade Activity Log state is saved as well. So if you have it disabled, then that is how it will show up next time. If it is not disabled, then it should show up that way the next time as well. If you do not save, then however it was at the last save will be how the window will come back up. You should not have it coming up as disabled every time if you are saving the chartbook.
