Yes that would make sense if the Symbol Settings did not already exist in your installation of Sierra Chart: I was trying to load up a new symbol on the chart, but when I clicked 'Find Symbol', it was completely empty and showing nothing. Which would also affect accessing market data for those symbols. This is an unusual condition that other users would not have had.
