This was due to, a log file rotation problem with the Apache Web server software: https://httpd.apache.org/ Apparently some kind of bug. We are going to stop using this Web server software, this week. And replace it with much better software. This has been long planned. Everything from Apache, is terribly inefficient and overly complex, and problematic software. Nobody should be using anything from Apache. We have a very very low opinion of them based on actual fact. What specifically are you referring to? This should not have been the case: Even certain parts of the platform didn't work either.
