There is not a way to have the option for "Multiple Profiles" to be assigned to a Start Time other than what is set in the Session Times. If this is what you are wanting, then you would need to use a separate chart to have your Volume Profiles setup as you want to view them versus the Bar Data in another chart. Another option would be to have a single Volume Profile set to the Start Time you want. To do this, set "Volume Graph Period Type" to "From Start Time to End" (or one of the other options, depending on exactly how you want the ending time to be).
