The good news is that we were able to see the situation where the Time Since Price Touched High was not resetting with a new bar when we used your .config2 file and your chartbook. The bad news is that we only saw it once, and we have not been able to reproduce it since then. And we are not able to reproduce it in a development environment to debug it. This was done in Replay mode as the CME Group is currently closed, so we will try again tomorrow and see if we are able to reproduce it.
