We can not think of any reason why the settings would affect this. That calculation for the time since price touched high/low is fairly straightforward and doesn't depend on any settings. Still, we are curious, so please get us your "Sierra4.config" file, which is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart, but could be anywhere depending on where you put it). We'll try your chartbook with your settings and see if we can reproduce it.
