John - I am going to install a fresh copy of SC, make no changes at all, hook to Denali, and I'll use the Example Chartbook to test. Works fine. Chart screen capture and data/trade service settings attached. I have multiple installs of SC I use every day. Each one has had the configuration files copied from the original install per the doco on transferring your system if that little tidbit helps. I assume then it has to be in my setup.
