Start by running Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and try to open the chartbooks you are wanting. Refer to the following for how to use Safe Mode:

If that works, then the implication is that there is a custom study that you are using that is causing the issue, as Safe Mode does not allow custom studies to run.

If that does not work, then start by opening a single chart for the symbol that is causing an issue. Then add an additional chart and see if you can open charts for the individual symbols you are trying to get. If this works, then we would want to see the chartbook that you are using that is causing the crashing. We would also need to know the exact process you are following that is causing the crash. Refer to the following for how to get us a chartbook:

If you have a problem opening new charts for certain symbols, then tell us where you are having the issue. We need the exact flow of what you are doing.
