Normally we do not recommend using hyperthreading. As we understand it does slightly reduce per core performance. On all of our servers we routinely disable hyperthreading. Also, this is not a commonly used feature at this time but the new Sierra Chart screen sharing, in the newest versions, extensively uses multiple threads.
