It does not matter what your "Current Selected Service" is set to. As long as you have an exchange setup for our Denali Exchange Data Feed and the option for "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes", then you will get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can verify that the data is from us by looking for an "[M]" after the symbol in the Chart Header (assuming you have it displayed), such as "ESZ25-CME [M]". This will not be present in Sub-Instances, but will be in the main instance. This confirms that the data is from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In general we do not compare to other data sources. We know that our data is correct. We do now know how you determine the FVG, but it is theoretically possible that if your Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is not set to 1 tick then you might see differences. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
