You are not setup to get any data from us, and it appears that you are connected to Rithmic. As such, the data would be coming from Rithmic, and we wonder if the problem you are having is due to Rithmic not responding properly. Are you setup to get data for GC (Gold) from Rithmic? Please try to open a new chart for GC, do not use a complex chart such as you show in the image. Let us know if this locks up Sierra Chart.
