The length of the delta bars is the absolute value of the delta and is relative to the longest total volume bar. So if you had a longest total volume of 1000 and a delta of 100, the delta bar would be 1/10th the size of the total volume bar. This is, of course, when you do not use the option for "Draw Difference of Bid/Ask Volume Using Percent of Max Bar", which you are not. Given this, we do not understand what we are seeing from your image. Please get us that chart so we can take a look.
