Today we became aware, of users not able to connect to the web trading panel. This issue is now resolved. This issue began on Sunday, October 12. However, to resolve the issue you need to reload the web trading panel webpage within your browser. Here is the link to it: https://apps.sierrachart.com/tradepanel/ The issue related to expired market data TLS certificates. We did update the certificates, for trading about a month ago, but the market data certificates were not updated. This was an oversight regarding the market data certificates. Normally an expired certificate does not cause a problem for Sierra Chart but for web browsers it does. We made a change in the web trading panel so that when there is a failed market data connection the trading connection will still be maintained.
