Dan this is basic stuff, and it's what I helped fix. Scale range was unusable because of the main price graph being set to number 3. Set it to 1, turn on automatic. Set CVD to subgraph 2 turn it to automatic. Set uptick down tick to subgraph 3 turn on automatic. Right click the axis turn on automatic. Re order the studies 2, 3 - just like I did in my chartbook I provided. Sierra can't make you read the documentation and watch hours of playlists on yt. And when you're not willing to put in the work, they are not that invested in how your charts look or how you want to do something. SC cares about fundamental problems of broken studies, server settings, data integrity etc all the background processes. And Yes if support is slow, they'll help you out. But if it's determined that you don't know how to use basic features it's like talking to a wall. |
