Hello Sierra Chart Support Team, I am writing to report a sudden issue with a limitation on the number of open orders I can place on my Trading Evaluator simulated account. Sierra Chart Version: 2800 Operating System: Windows 11 For the past few days, I have been unable to have more than 5 orders (including working/pending orders) open at the same time. If I try to place a 6th order, it gets rejected. This is a recent problem. Previously, about two weeks ago, I was able to place up to 14 orders simultaneously without any issues. I want to emphasize that I have not changed any of my settings in Sierra Chart during this time. I have attached a screenshot of my current Trading Evaluator service settings for your reference. I am trading micro contracts (like MES) and my simulated account balance appears to be more than sufficient, so I do not believe this is a margin issue. The limitation seems to be on the specific number of orders, not the overall position size. I am not sure what is causing this issue, whether it is a recent change in Sierra Chart or a setting I might have inadvertently changed myself. My current account balance was sufficient for a higher number of orders before. Please let me know what, if anything, I can change on my end to restore the ability to use more than 5 orders at a time. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards |
