Prop firms do not count towards the CME Non-Professional requirement. You can use the Rithmic data in Sierra Chart, but be aware that there is a lack of historical data with Rithmic. If you need historical data, then we really recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed and setting up an account with a broker that will allow you to qualify for the CME Group's Non-Professional requirement.
