Make sure you have a tick by tick configuration: Tick by Tick Data Configuration Make sure the starting Date-Time is identical between the two charts you are comparing. This is critical if the study is set to not reset every day. You can set this through Chart >> Chart Settings. Update Sierra Chart to the current version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. Re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
