Chart Trade Mode will not cause a reloading of chart data twice. This cannot happen. If you do not see Reloading Chart twice in the log then it is not reloading twice. The logging that you have does not indicate reloading of chart data twice. It only indicates a full recalculation which is completely different. You are confusing the two things.
