I noticed today, 10/4, that a new message is popping up on my chart referring to Service Client does not support market data. See attached. Did you change something? I am attempting to retrieve past data using a continuous rollover by volume contract and I cannot obtain any past data despite following the instructions which I do not recall being an issue in the past. I was simply trying delete and download data from 7/1 forward... Thanks F |
