Hi, In the section : Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) The ping request for the server ds14-2.sierracharts.com (location: Germany) is not working.
