The issue is that you do not have any exchanges for the CME Group active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You had previously filled out the exchange agreements, so you just need to activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

We are a bit confused, as Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG and EUREX. So if you have been using the system recently, then you should not have been able to get any data from CQG.

There was something that we found a few months ago, where it was possible to get the data from CQG, but that was changed at that time, so we do not know how you could have been getting data recently.
