hi, I just formated my PC and loaded XP on it, however, when I click on SC desktop icon (after a fresh install today) I get a popup window titled "Unable to locate component" and it says: "This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found..." Reinstalling doesnt help. Advice please. Thank you
