We had an issue with a few of the recent releases where the "Trade Service Log" and the "Message Log" were empty due to a change to the "Message Categories". Please update to the latest release in order to fix the blank "Trade Service Log". If it is still blank after the update, then select "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set everything in that list to "Yes". Refer to the following: Message Categories Then get us the information from your Trade Service Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log Your Trade Activity Log will be empty with respect to your AMP account if you have not done any trades with that account. Keep in mind that the "DisplaySettings" set what you will see in the Trade Activity Log. So make sure the filters in there are set for what you want to see.
