We do not believe that this has anything to do with the brokerage you are connected to.

Most commonly, with something like this, it is a Windows Operating System issue where the system is running out of resources to put information into the window properly. Please reboot your computer and only start Sierra Chart when it comes back up and see if the list is populated after that.

If the list is still blank, then please get us your Trade Service Log by following these instructions:
