Are you getting any accounts listed in that pulldown or is it completely blank? If blank, then try what blt suggested. Otherwise, if see Sim1, then you need to get out of "Simulation Mode" in order to be connected to your live account and select the proper account. To do this select "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" to deselect that option.
