Several things: If you are using OpenGL disable it: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) Also prevent Chartbooks from automatically opening by disabling Open Files on Startup on the Login window: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions So you can make changes to settings. We assume this problem is occurring when Chartbooks are opened? If the above does not help, then use a different computer system. This is a system issue.
