The fill shows "Exit Price 177.17". In the Trade Orders window, I can see it's the stop order that is getting filled prematurely. The contents of the columns "Price" and "Average Fill Price" are a mismatch. It implies the stoploss is triggered at a much higher price, where the stock is not trading at the moment at all.
