What we see in the image, now that we know what to look at, is that the IW symbol is 0.00% until the most recent bar where it changes to 0.81%, as shown in the label on the right. So from what we see, this appears to be related to not getting the historical data as noted previously. If you are having an issue with not getting the data when connected to the data feed, then let us know.
