In this case, you can access the subgraph directly from the Spreadsheet Study and set the "Value Format" in the study you are using to reference it as "Date". Specifically, for the "Text Display for Study" set the "Study and Subgraph to Display" to be the Spreadsheet Study and the M column subgraph. Then set the "Value Format" to "Date".
