As the author discussed opening this thread. My chart book tabs have also disappeared. I can't say when this issue started as I've been hospital for past 10 days it was working fine prior I did perform an upgrade to v2773 with no resolution I don't believe it is related to our operating systems?!?!! My computer has had no modifications in months SC has run flawlessly for over 10 years, but this issue is perplexing to say the least. Please consider taking a more in-depth investigation for a solution (fix) Thank you for all that you do |
