The Control Bar items are related to specific configurations. So you will want to look at the configurations that are associated with those control bar buttons and see how they are set (they should be showing the font of 229 pt). But, even with those configurations changed, once the drawing is on the chart, it has no dependency on the configuration. At that point, it is about the Properties for the drawing (which largely looks the same, but there is a difference on when each applies to a drawing).
