We are not certain what items you are referring to where it states "For live trading this needs to be set to Teton CME Futures Order Routing". As to the Profit/Loss Management, the items when editing a Teton account do not apply. We had to stop allowing that option due to exchange rules on how the data is used. But since those items do apply with the "Simulated Futures Trading Service", they will continue to show up for a Teton account. The only option within Sierra Chart for Profit/Loss Management is the option for "Trade >> Global Profit/Loss Management". This is "client-side" and managed by your local Sierra Chart software.
