Please do the following for us: - Open "Global Settings >> Message Categories" - Set all the options to "Yes" and select "Apply All" - Do not close the Message Categories window. Select "Window >> Message Log" - Note if the Message Log is showing information or not. - Select "OK" on the "Message Categories" window. Let us know if the Message Log continues to show information or if it goes blank once the Message Categories window is closed.
