That error is coming from CQG, and unfortunately they do not specify what the actual issue is. Most of the time, it is related to the "Time in Force" settings. Check to ensure that your "Time in Force" is set to "Day" or "Good Till Cancelled". These are the two that the exchanges accept in general. If you want to use a different one, then you would need to see if the exchange accepts it. Keep in mind that there are two places to set the Time in Force, one for the primary order and one for the attached orders.
