Not sure there has been any recent improvements since the versions you have but make sure your installations of Sierra Chart are up-to-date. And reduce the amount of drawings being copied. Go to the source chart and delete any unnecessary drawings through Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window. This may be the source of the problem in your case.
