I followed the steps in #7 and clicked on 'Copy Log' but there is nothing to copy. When I paste it in this message, it pastes the last thing I copied which is not anything related to message log. You can also see behind that message log that the chart ended at 16:42 whereas the time is 5:09 pm Eastern.
