We are very confused at this point. In the Title Bar of the Sierra Chart software it shows the computer time as 22:11:36. Therefore the system showing a bar at 19:59:00 is reasonable. But the post you made that included that image states that it was done at 18:13:00 Eastern US Time - and the post itself is time stamped as 22:13:20 UTC, which would be 18:13:20 in Eastern US time. Please check the clock for the software you are using to run Sierra Chart and see how it is set, as there appears to be something incorrect with it.
