Please do the following for us: - Close all Chartbooks. - Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log window. - On the Message Log window select "Edit >> Clear Log". - Close or set aside the Message Log. - Select "File >> Find Symbol" to open the Find Symbol window and open an intraday chart for the symbol RDDT. - If the chart is not already a 1 minute chart, set it to have a Bar Period of 1 minute. - Once the chart loads, wait 5 minutes and see if new bars are displayed.
