Hello Good Morning/Evening. Feed: SC NQTV Broker: IBKR I'm trying to understand about the 5 second delay between changing a ticker and data download starting. To make chart-flipping quick, I've configured to only download 5 day intraday data in 30s intervals only. While after starting, the download only takes 1-2 seconds, but starting the download takes 5 seconds every time i change ticker. This makes changing new tickers (for stock trading) a tid bit slower if the Historical data isn't present. If the data is present it's quite fast but since i use certain 3rd party scanners, i've to quickly flip charts and this 5 second delay is problematic.
