The symbol for that chart is "TSLA-NQTV". Since you have the -NQTV suffix, you are specifying that you want the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. You are not setup to get real-time data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. You do have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active, in which case you need to enter the symbol as the standard ticker symbol (TSLA) in order to get the real-time data from that exchange.
