Today I am unable to trade ES and NQ. I asked my broker and they informed me that Sierra chart does not support CQG data, but GC can be traded. However, you mentioned that it can be connected. Is this true.?
Sierra Chart does not have support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. This has been the case for several years now. You can use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the data and trade with CQG. We see that you have the following exchanges active: - COMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book - NYMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book Therefore, you have access to the GC (Gold) data as that is traded on the COMEX exchange, for which you are setup to get data. ES and NQ are traded on the CME exchange, for which you are not setup to get any data.
