MJYU5 is the symbology that the CME Group uses. Since you are using the Teton Order Routing service, the symbology is MJY?##_FUT_CME, therefore searching for MJYU5 would not get a result. You can search for MJYU25 (note the 2 year date) and better yet just use MJY. But you can also find the symbol under the CME section on the "Find Symbol" window.
