We have now tested again, and are unable to reproduce any issue and are very impressed at how fast the chart loads. It does not matter how the timeframe is changed whether through the Chart Settings or directly through the chart. The result will be the same. Also we typed in the new timeframe, 1 Minute directly into the chart. The chart loaded very quickly. Instantly almost. We tried going back and forth between the range bars and the minute bars.
