This statement is not possible - "the other from Denali plus Rithmic." You are either getting the data from our Denali Exchange Feed or you are getting the data from Rithmic. If one installation is getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and the other installation is getting data from Rithmic, then our first guess is that this is an issue with differences in data. You will find that our data matches the exchange, so we know our data is fine. Also, there are a plethora of settings that can affect a chart and how the data is displayed, so we can not say that this is not due to some setting somewhere that is different between your two systems. The best way to verify this is to copy the chartbook from one installation to the other and see if the chart is the same or different. If it is different, then there is a setting somewhere that is affecting this.
