Please be careful with exchange activations, because these do affect reporting to the CME: I just kept clicking links and buttons, no idea what I actually did but its now active data feed again.
Also, there is a clear list of exchange options available, and any subsequent prompts do have text clearly explaining the price to be paid, and the action that will be taken.
