It has actually been this way for several years, but there was a loophole that allowed some people to get the CQG data. We just patched that loophole, hence the reason for the change you are seeing. Keep in mind that if you are not using the CQG data for any other purpose, then you can ask your broker to stop that data, so you are not paying for it twice.
